A powerful composition. After listening for 10 minutes with my eyes shut and repeating crown chakra affirmations, I felt a pressure at the top of my head, which is where the crown chakra is located. The pressure then radiated down to the base of my neck where the throat chakra is, and into my third eye chakra. I allowed my spirit to leave my body and it was a really phenomenal experience!
